Evening workout :) (normally I go after school but tonight I went awhile after dinner)
-4 mile bike ride
-20 minute stairmaster
-1 minute slow run
Today’s gym trip:
-1 mile warm-up
-.5 mile walk
-3.1 mile run
-.5 mile walk
-20 minutes on stairmaster
-abs and some pushups
I felt really horrible during my run :(
Back from the gym! The workout was:
-3.25 mile run
-.75 walk
-13 minutes stairmaster
-16 minutes moderate resistance stationary bike
-planks
